Collecting musical inspiration from Brazil in a Japanese family, Lisa Ono is the woman who brought Bossa Nova to Asia. Her 1999 album “Dream” has sold more than two hundred thousand copies in Japan. In China, Lisa Ono is a household name and a generation of song lovers recognizes her soft and gentle voice.

She has performed with many to musicians such as the legendary Antonio Carlos Jobim, the Jazz Samba giant Joao Donato, and has been performing in New York, Brazil and many Asian countries. Her most popular songs include Bossa Nova adaptations of “La Vie En Rose” and “Moon River”.

This is Lisa Ono ‘s 30th anniversary of her debut and very first concert tour in Australia.
