Job Description

Project Research: Have good market sense which can identify and research potential touring projects and shows that align with different market.

Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, terms, and rates with artists, performers, venues to secure good deals.

Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals, artists, agents, and venues to facilitate successful bookings. Having a wide array of resources is highly preferred.

Schedule Management: Having experience in coordinating and managing the logistics of show bookings, including dates, venues, travel arrangements, and production requirements.

Budget Oversight: Work closely with the finance team to ensure that bookings are within budget and meet financial goals.

Promotion Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing and promotions teams to develop strategies for promoting and marketing booked shows effectively.

Event Coordination: Handle artist booking, contract drafting, and review, as well as manage administration with artist representatives. Supervise the coordination and execution of scheduled shows to guarantee a smooth and successful experience for all stakeholders.
Qualifications

Having experience in booking and securing touring projects or shows within the entertainment industry.

Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with the artist parties.

Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Knowledge of the entertainment industry, trends, and market dynamics.

Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis.

Proficient in English, able to use English as the working communication language.
