Marketing Manager

Job Description
  1. A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in marketing/ arts management/ event management.

  2. Strategy Development: Experience in direct marketing which can create and execute marketing plans to generate interest and increase ticket sales for all touring programs,including briefing and overseeing creative development, strategy and post-campaign analysis.

  3. Audience Engagement: Develop campaigns to engage and grow our audience base, utilizing both online and offline marketing channels.

  4. Brand Promotion: Enhance brand awareness and visibility through strategic marketing initiatives.

  5. Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.

  6. Collaboration: Manage all aspects of the marketing requirements, including venue marketing support, online event listing and KOL collaboration. Work closely with the artistic and program team ensuring all contractual marketing agreements are processed correctly as required.

  7. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement, Responsible for final sales outcomes..

  8. Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI and measure campaign success.

  9. Partnerships: Identify and cultivate partnerships with relevant organizations and influencers to expand reach and impact.

  10. Content Creation: Manage all social & content creation, leveraging familiarity with AI, PS, or other video editing and design software/platforms.

Qualifications
  1. Having experience in marketing within the entertainment or arts industry, with a focus on event promotion and audience development in Australia.

  2. Strong negotiation skills, strategic thinking and planning skills.

  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  4. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze marketing performance metrics.

  5. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.

  6. Proficient in English, prefer native English speaker.

  7. Based in Melbourne.
